Born in 1969, Shruti Nelson graduated in Science and later studied Painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Baroda (1996), going on to do a 3-month Residency Programme at Ecole Regionale des Beaux-Arts, Caen, France. She has participated in numerous Group Shows at New York, Singapore, London, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Baroda. She has had four Solo Shows in Mumbai, Chennai and Baroda and participated in several Artists’ Camps. She lives and works in Baroda.
