Brahma Swaroop completed post-graduation in Pottery Ceramic & Design with Gold Medals, Benaras Hindu University, Varanasi (1996 and 1998). He received Junior Fellowship, Department of Culture, Government of India, New Delhi, 2004-06. His Solo Shows were held at Art Heritage, New Delhi, 2004, Rabindra Bhawan, New Delhi, 2001, ABC Gallery, Varanasi, 2000 and LKA, Lal Baradari Bhawan, Lucknow, 2000,1999. He has been invited to participate in several prestigious Group Shows and Camps in Jaipur, New Delhi, Varanasi, Lucknow, Allahabad. His work was selected for exhibition in the 2nd Beijing International Art Biennale, China, and at Indian Contemporary Art Exhibition at Nicosia, Cyprus, in 2005. He is currently lecturer in Pottery and Ceramics at Faculty of Visual Arts, BHU, Varanasi.
