Born in 1944, Anupam Sud studied art at the College of Art, New Delhi and Slade School of Art, London. She has participated in several Group Shows in India, USA, UK, Europe and South-east Asia and has had Solo Shows in New Delhi, Mumbai and Baroda. Her work has won prizes national and international exhibitions of prints, and she has been awarded travel grant to study printmaking in the USA by CICA, New York, Commonwealth Fellowship and Kala Ratna Award by AIFACS, New Delhi. She lives and works in New Delhi.
